How Credits Are Spent
Each operation costs credits—typically 1 credit per file. When you convert an image, compress a PDF, or process any file, we debit credits from your wallet.
Credit Refresh Schedule
Free tier: 100 credits reset daily at midnight UTC.
Pro plan: 12,000 credits refresh monthly on your billing date.
Pay As You Go: credits never expire.
Pro: Team Sharing
On Pro subscriptions, your credit allocation scales with team size. Seats are priced in tiers (2–10 at +$5/seat, 11–20 at +$4/seat, 21+ at +$3/seat). Credits/month scale with spend: monthly price × 1,000. All team members share the organization's pooled wallet with no per-member usage limits.

Your current credit balance appears in the header of every Tools.FAST site. Click on it to see detailed usage history and refresh dates.
Running Low?
If you're consistently running out of credits, top up credits or upgrade to Pro for higher monthly allocations. Annual billing saves 25%.
Refunds for Failed Operations
If an operation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. You'll see the refund reflected within a few seconds.
