How do credits work across tools?
Your credit balance is shared across the entire Tools.FAST network. Each operation (conversion, compression, etc.) consumes a small number of credits. Check each tool's pricing page for specific credit costs.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Pro subscribers receive a monthly credit allocation that resets automatically. If you exhaust your credits mid-month, you can add seats for more monthly credits or top up Flexi credits (never expire) to keep working.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! Anonymous users get 100 credits per day (no signup required). Free tier users get 100 credits per day. This lets you test every tool before committing to a paid plan. Daily credits apply only to Guest and Free — Pro and Flexi use paid balances.
Do credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits roll over into a loyalty wallet capped at your monthly allocation. For example, Pro subscribers can save up to 12,000 rollover credits. When you use credits, rollover credits are consumed first. Flexi credits never expire and are used last.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You'll retain access and credits until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
How does Pro per-seat pricing work?
Pro plans start at $12/month for the base subscription (includes 12,000 credits). As you add team members, your credits scale with volume discounts. All credits are pooled and shared across your organization.
