All Tools.FAST servers are physically located in European Union data centers. Your files are uploaded, processed, stored, and downloaded entirely within EU borders.
Data Sovereignty
Your files never cross EU borders. No data transfers to US cloud providers, no processing in other regions. EU data stays in the EU—full stop.
GDPR Compliance
We comply with EU GDPR requirements including data minimization, encryption, automatic deletion, and privacy by design. We support your rights to access, erasure, and data portability by default.
Why EU?
The European Union has some of the world's strongest privacy laws. GDPR sets a high bar for data protection, and being physically located in the EU means we're subject to those standards.
For Non-EU Users
Even if you're not in the EU, you get EU-level protection. We don't have lower standards for users in other regions. Everyone gets the same strong privacy guarantees.
Infrastructure Control
We own and operate our hardware. We don't rely on multi-tenant cloud providers where your files might be processed alongside others' data. Our dedicated infrastructure means complete control over your data's journey.
